| Native variety 2014, localized in the Murgia area of Alberobello, Locorotondo and part of Itria valley (400mt a.s.l.), presents a medium size fruit, with bitter taste and spicy notes, distinguishable throughout its maturation, and that give it the name of “red olive”. Aroma: medium fruity, with immediate notes of green apple, cut grass, oregano and almond husk. Taste: spicy at first, then with bitter notes like grass and almond husk, giving a pleasant flavour. Combinations: ideal for white meat, cooked vegs, salads, caprese salad and oil dip. |
