The grapes come from medium-high hills and therefore the ripening takes place in longer times giving the Prosecco the fuller aromaticity and acidity, especially the malic one that is best suited for preservation. It is a very balanced sparkling wine, with a sweet and persistent structure with a bitterish aftertaste that determines its characteristic, making it more articulate and complete. The second fermentation takes place in an autoclave at a fermentation temperature which does not exceed 16 &deg; C. Due to its particular characteristics it is very suitable and appreciated with fish appetizers, first with seafood and light meats or as it happens in the areas of production throughout the meal. Serve cold at the temperature of 6-8 &deg; C.cl. 75 minimum pack 6 pcs.
