| Bio, a monovariety 2014, is obtained by raw material coming only from bio-agriculture. Coratina is the main variety, the queen of Apulia, collected only by hand in November. The result is a medium/intense fruity oil with vegetable aromas and persistant taste. Aroma: Medium/intense fruity, vey complex, with aromas of cardoon, artichoke and green olive. Taste: Medium intense and persistant, it gives bitter and then pleasant spicy notes. Combinations: ideal for main courses like first courses wih vegs, white meat, thuna and swordfish carpaccio, grilled fish or vegs. |
